Origin:Burgundian clay type soil.
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
Situation: Municipality of Chichée, left bank, south west exposure
Pneumatic pressing. Enzymatic settling 12 to 24 hours at 15°C then fermentation in the barrel. Breeding on lees with stirring. Systematic realization of malolactic fermentation then assembly after 10 to 12 months. Gluing if necessary, light filtration and bottling.
Colour: Intense bright yellow
Nose: Fine and powerful with white fruit aromas
Palate: Round and rich with a good balance of character on the palate
Food and wine pairings: Enjoy with fish, white meat or fresh cheese.
Serving: 10 to 12°C
